Sita Kuratomi Bhaumik is an artist, writer, cook, and educator who uses food as a strategy to connect personal and public histories. As a community-based chef she supports progressive organizations with seasonal meals that reflects the many flavors of home. Aileen Suzara is a sustainable foods educator, eco-chef and public health nutritionist. Her popup Sariwa (Fresh! in Tagalog) joins stories and seasonality to explore Filipino-inspired cuisine.
